The Cove is one of nine districts in the Dubai Creek Harbour masterplan, a world-class waterfront destination located adjacent to the internationally significant Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, a Ramsar-designated reserve.
The project features three core building typologies: a single 21-storey tower, three mid-rise radial buildings along the island boulevard, and six linear buildings positioned perpendicular to the water’s edge. Each typology has a distinct identity while maintaining a cohesive design language across all three.
