A landmark development on the edge of Madrid
Quadernillos is a leisure-led retail development 30 km east of Madrid with a 19 screen cinema and a GLA of almost 40,000 sqm
Broadway Malyan was commissioned by asset owner Temprano Capital Markets to renovate the external areas and create an attractive and visible landmark from the main motorway into the capital which runs next to the development.
The intervention included new landscaping and finishes throughout with the installation of ornamental lighting in the playground and terrace areas, under a striking new waved canopy.
