The building comprises five storeys, with four office floors designed to enhance efficiency, foster connections and maximise natural light. The workplace amenities include a 90-seat multipurpose room with skylights and landscaped seating areas, as well as meeting rooms and a 110-seat auditorium.

The fifth floor features a landscaped terrace, offering spaces for socialising and relaxation, with breathtaking views over Porto and a unique connection to the city’s rich historical and cultural landscape.

The redesigned entrance square is centred around a large, existing tree, with new landscaped areas introduced to enhance the city’s green spaces. These outdoor spaces will support biodiversity and improve air quality, contributing to a greener, more sustainable Porto. The development is sustainability-focused and has been designed to achieve LEED Gold and WELL Platinum certification.
