New build offices forming a gateway to the world-renowned Yas Island

The design inspiration for the building comes from the angular geometry of precious stones. The building form is elegant, sophisticated, clear and well defined, like a highly polished and precisely cut gemstone.

The building footprint responds to the non-orthogonal site boundary, whilst dramatic angled slices cut through the prominent corners, creating visual clarity of the building form and the effects of these slices.
