Ageas Group invested €100 million to consolidate its workforce into two buildings in Lisbon and Porto. Broadway Malyan was commissioned to design these spaces, ensuring they address current and future work trends while reflecting the company's strong culture, mission and purpose.
The design approach for the new 7,600 sqm Porto office is human-centric, emphasising employees' ability to work anywhere, helping to foster a sense of community.
The office features formal and informal workspaces, including breakout areas, lounges and meeting rooms. No space serves a single function, and most areas are flexible rather than rigid, fully embracing the fluidity of evolving work practices and expectations in both layout and atmosphere.
