Therese has 20 years of experience in designing and delivering complex mixed-use, commercial, masterplan, education, life sciences and residential projects across the UK, USA and Middle East working with leading UK and international owners, developers, institutions, investors, occupiers, and contractors.
In 2011 Therese joined John Drew to start-up the architecture studio of Pringle Brandon Drew / Perkins+Will UK. For nearly a decade she was the Lead Designer and Project Director of The Stage Shoreditch Development for Estate Office Shoreditch / Cain Int JV and 30-34 New Bridge Street, Fleet House, 23 Finsbury Circus all for City of London Corporation and projects for London Borough of Hackney.
Prior to that she was project manager at Rafael Vinoly Architects where she worked on major redevelopment schemes worldwide including 20 Fenchurch Street ‘Walkie Talkie’, Battersea Powerstation Masterplan, Manchester City FC Etihad Campus, New York University Abu Dhabi Campus, University of Pennsylvania Medical Complex, UCSF Helen Diller Cancer Research Center, Center for Biological Imaging Masterplan for University of Washington in St. Louis, New York City Street Furniture.
Versatile across both large- and small-scale projects, her design ethos are underpinned by the belief that the essential responsibility of architecture is to elevate the public realm.
