Patrick is a talented designer and project manager with extensive experience in a variety of architectural projects.
With a passion for solving complex design problems, he has led large-scale multi-disciplinary commercial projects across a range of sectors including retail, residential, corporate and masterplanning.
In a career with Broadway Malyan spanning almost 20 years he has played a key role in projects across Europe, Latin America and Asia across all stages with a particular focus on early conceptual and detailed design phases.
As a retail specialist he has led the design on a number of major new build and repositioning projects including Fan Mallorca for Carrefour and the Go Leida retail park for Eurofund but he is also a talented residential designer, having been one of a handful of signature architects invited to design a series of stunning villas for Urbania International in Marbella.
