Lucas is a residential specialist who has played a key role in some of Broadway Malyan’s largest London regeneration projects.
Through projects such as Ailsa Wharf in Tower Hamlets, Colindale Gardens in Barnet and Alperton in Brent, Lucas has forged a significant expertise in both London design and planning policy in the UK capital.
A key strength is overcoming the design complexities and planning constraints of waterside developments, having worked on numerous projects that integrate with natural water features, from small water courses and canals to major rivers such as the Thames and coastal locations on the English Channel and the Red Sea.
Lucas is also a studio representative for the Employee Ownership Trust and plays a leading role mentoring Part 1 & 2 colleagues in Broadway Malyan’s London studio.
