Ed is a qualified masterplanner, urban designer and landscape architect with more than 25 years experience of large scale urbanism projects across the world. He became Broadway Malyan’s global Chair in 2024.
In his 20+ years with Broadway Malyan, Ed has worked in both the London studio and as Head of the Singapore studio, developing his expertise in large scale regeneration projects across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa. His particular passion is creating smart and sustainable places, ensuring that design solutions respond to economic, social and technological challenges. His expertise encompasses new city planning, the re-imagining of urban districts and transit-oriented development.
Returning to London after 15 years in Singapore, Ed will continue to work on global projects whilst bringing his extensive knowledge and understanding of global trends to the challenges facing the UK.
