The Wilds is a unique nature-focused development of 1,700 homes integrated within a series of woodland and water habitats. It is the first project in the UAE to receive the highest sustainability and wellness ratings, including LEED Platinum and Fitwel 3 stars.

The launch of The Wilds follows the successful debut of Athlon, a new residential community designed to transform the concept of active living with 10km of tracks, trails and loops around the site, and Haven, a new wellness-focused community featuring a range of features including reflexology paths, zen gardens and a nature trail.

Broadway Malyan has worked with Aldar as concept architects for the community retail centres and clubhouses across the three new developments.
