Having recently celebrated its 10^th anniversary since its opening in 2008, our Singapore Studio was Broadway Malyan’s first headquarters established in Asia Pacific. It is set in a beautiful green area in the eastern side of the city only minutes from Singapore’s stunning waterfront and is home to a strong, diverse team of enthusiastic designers. Always applying the latest thinking in terms of placemaking, sustainability and inclusive design, our Singapore studio has a gained a strong reputation over the years and is currently expanding its network to Australia and Oceania.

Broadway Malyan’s Warsaw Studio was among the very first offices opened overseas. The studio is set in one of the most central boroughs of Warsaw, home to important national and municipal institutions, cultural venues and theatres, and only minutes from the stunning riverside. Since 2002, the Wasaw studio has successfully won a range of projects overseas with a strong focus on retail and mixed-use developments and its multidisciplinary team of professionals is currently leading on some of the most iconic projects in the country.
